We produce beef and pork here on our farm, which is then sold through the farm shop. We also purchase from local trusted suppliers when we need additional supplies, ensuring that we continue to be able to provide the customers with quality produce. The beef is hung for at least 21 days to ensure great tasting, succulent cuts of tender meat.. Our lamb comes from Andrew Williamson, Ridge Hill Farm, Utkinton. The fact that we produce our own meat and buy from local suppliers means we can provide full traceability on all our cuts, right through from field to plate.
Our Delicatessen stocks a range of Farmhouse Cheese and Home Cooked Meats. For the cheese range we rely on the best of British, we have classic Blue Stilton and Nantwich Blue, Somerset Brie and Farmhouse Cheshire to name a few. If you require a selection for a cheese board, you certainly won’t be disappointed in what we have to offer.
Our cooked meats are all prepared and cooked on the premises, including our fantastic Roast Ham, succulent Roast Beef and tasty Turkey. We also have old favourites; Corned Beef and Ox Tongue.
We stock a large selection of fresh fruit and vegetables which we try and source as locally as possible depending on the seasons and availability. From local Cheshire potatoes to succulent juicy strawberries from Windsors Fruit Farm just down the road from us, quality local produce can be found here.

As well as the delicious wares we sell in the Farm Shop, we also exist to serve the local community. Shoppers can pick up general groceries from farm fresh eggs and bread, to breakfast cereals and milk.

As well as selling produce from our own livestock we also try and support local producers. This gives us the benefit of having the freshest produce, but also helps to cut down on food miles. Sometimes we have to source products from further afield, but always try to support our local suppliers.
